He has been involved with the clients right from the design phase of the construction to fulfill the right logistics solutions such as (Suitable land, MHEs, Packaging matrials, Software etc.,) according to the business requirement.

He monitored operational activities through the various software, planned optimum utilization of storage space and pallet racking locations. Prepared documents such as SLA as negotiated, and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) based on the services that are offered to clients on short term and long term basis. Liaison with shipping lines, airlines, and transport providers to get competitive rates has been one of his strengths.

He has hands on experience in Consumer Electronics, Freight companies, FMCG, Banking sector, Perishable Import / Exporters and Resins, Co-packing sectors. Handling distributions to retail outlets such as Al-futtaim, Carrefour, Lulu, DG Sharaf, etc on a daily basis.

Over the years, he has provided full project design with proposal and suggestion. He has handled medium and large size of warehousing/logistics projects for famed companies in the Middle East with a great track record. LBCD is an effort on his part, to share his vast knowledge in Logistics and Warehousing to more and more individual and corporate clients for their benefit. Advising new clients to start up their business in this region, helping them to setup a license, office space, suitable warehouse space to store their products for distribution etc. 

He kept good relationships and gained trust within the industry to move around the cargo to store in suitable facility across UAE for different clients. This includes in Free zones, Mainland, Other Emirates.

He partnered with few renowned facility owners and companies who are leasing space and operating as a 3PL business. Facilities ranging from 1000sqmts to 25000sqmts consists of Cold storage, Ambient, Chemical, General cargo.
